    Due to the stretch within latex, sizes are your body’s measurements, not the garment. Latex has a natural allowance and this is reflected in the design making process. How: Use a fabric tape measure close to your body but not tight into the skin.


      1. Forehead Circumference:Measure the circumference of your forehead. __CM

      2. Neck Circumference: Measure the circumference of your neck, just below your larynx. __CM

      3. Shoulder Blade Across Back: Measure the width of your shoulder blade across your back. __CM

      4. Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest. __CM

      5. Waist: Measure the length around the narrowest part of your natural waistline. __CM

      6. Across Hips at the Widest Point: Measure the circumference around the widest part of your hips. __CM

      7. Thigh Just Below Crotch: Measure the circumference of your thigh just below the crotch. __CM

      8. Knee: Measure the circumference around your knee. __CM

      9. Calf at Widest Point: Measure the circumference of your calf at its widest point. __CM

      10. Ankle: Measure the circumference around the narrowest part of the ankle, just above the ankle bone. __CM

      11. Shoe Size: Your shoe size. __CM

      12. Sole: Measure the length of the sole of your foot. __CM

      13. Seam from Crotch to Ankle: Measure the length from the crotch to the ankle along the seam. __CM

      14. Bicep: Measure the circumference of your upper arm at its widest point. __CM

      15. Elbow: Measure the circumference around your elbow. __CM

      16. Forearm: Measure the circumference of your forearm. __CM

      17. Wrist: Measure the circumference around your wrist. __CM

      18. Palm Circumference: Measure the circumference around your palm. __CM

      19. Upper Body - U-Seam from Neck Through Crotch to Back of Neck: Specific measurement for the upper body. __CM

      20. Arm Length: Measure the length of your arm. __CM

      21. Total Body Height: Your overall height. __CM

      22. Your Gender:

    Hold the end of the measuring tape at the base of your bicep on the inside of your arm. Measure over the highest point of the muscle to the base of the muscle at the outside to determine the actual size of the bicep.
