    When you place an order with us...

     

    You will receive an email confirmation providing details of your order, including an estimated dispatch date. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us at service@eurocatlatex.com, and we will rectify the issue for you. Please note that we can only accept changes to your order within SEVEN (7) days of placing it. After that, your order will be sent to our workshop. All the garments you order through this website are handcrafted specifically for you when you place your order, so please understand that it may take some time to create your order.

     

    If you require your latex items more quickly, please contact us in advance, and we will assess our production schedule and provide you with a reasonable expedited shipping cost.

     

    Alternatively, you can explore our "Ready to Ship" section on our website, where garments can be dispatched within 10 working days. Once your order is ready, we will inform you that it is on its way to you.

     

    Delivery Charges:

     

    We will calculate the cost of postage and packaging for your order based on DHL, FedEx, or UPS rates worldwide. The price is determined by factors such as the size, weight, value, and destination of your package. We are able to ship your order to anywhere in the world.

     

    Signed-for Delivery:

     

    We discreetly ship our handcrafted latex clothing worldwide to protect your privacy. Your latex purchases will be shipped in discreet packaging with no discernible indication of the content. Our shipping agents are equally discreet, and no latex-related content will be visible on the packaging.

     

    When your order is delivered, it must be signed for upon receipt. The delivery personnel will call you before delivering the parcel. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, they will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date or leave a notification for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you fail to collect your order from the DHL office, as each country may have different delivery procedures.

     

    Please be aware that we do not arrange deliveries on customers' behalf using customers' own courier accounts. If you wish to use your own courier, you must coordinate collection, delivery, and payment directly with them.

     

    Liability:

     

    While we make every effort to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, we cannot assume responsibility for delivery failures or damage to goods during transit due to circumstances beyond our control.

     

    Delivery and Dispatch Time:

     

    All our garments are meticulously handcrafted, and the production time for standard sizes is currently 7 - 10 weeks, with an additional 2-3 weeks for made-to-measure orders. Orders are dispatched once production is completed.

     

    If you require your order urgently, please contact us in advance, and we will assess our production schedule and provide you with a reasonable expedited shipping cost.

     

    Delivery time is in addition to production time and varies based on your location and your local postal service. Goods are always shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for safety, speed, and tracking, with an average dispatch time of 4-7 working days.

     

    Cancellation:

     

    We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. However, we cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped.

     

    Returns (if applicable):

     

    Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition, clean, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

     

    Please note that if the return is due to the consumer's preference, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees, which depend on the express company chosen.

     

    If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to cover the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

     

    Refunds (if applicable):

     

    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a notification of receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

     

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

     

    If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund appears. If you have completed all these steps and have still not received your refund, please contact us at service@eurocatlatex.com.
